This process comprised 48 consultations, including 7 CCMA facilitated consultative sessions, 9 bilateral sessions, 28 divisional structure consultative sessions and 4 facilitated sessions by an Independent Labour Expert.

Johannesburg, Wednesday, 06 January 2021 – The South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) will re-broadcast the second leg of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Champions League match this Sunday, 10 January at 15h00 on SABC 1. This follows the interruption of yesterday’s live broadcast of the match between Mamelodi Sundowns FC and Jwaneng Gala, 17min into the second half, with Mamelodi Sundowns leading with 1-0.

Michael Owen Production has been ordered to pay the legal costs of the SABC on an attorney and clients scale, including costs of counsel.

Johannesburg, Tuesday 22 December 2020– The South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) radio station SAfm, is pleased to announce that Mr. Aldrin Sampear will be the new host of SAfm’s afternoon drive talk show Beyond The Headline 15h00 – 18h00 Weekdays. Mr. Sampear will start presenting the show from 04 January 2021.

Durban – Friday, 18 December 2020 – The South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) has noted the public interest in Ukhozi FM’s ‘Ingoma Ehlukanisa Unyaka’ campaign.  This campaign which calls on listeners to vote for their favourite song, out of the Top 10 songs of the station, will continue despite threats from Mr. Yhulani Owen Ndlovu of Michael Owen Productions (MOP).
