    2. The bidder must provide valid proof of registration for one (1) professional Electrical Engineer with The
    Engineering Council of South African Professional, (ECSA), The ECSA registration is compulsory; failure to
    submit this RFQ document proposal, will be disqualified.
    Bidder’s non-compliance to this mandatory requirement will be disqualified from from further
    Evaluation process.
