Johannesburg \u2013 Wednesday, 31 March 2021 –<\/strong> Motsweding FM management continues to re-evaluate the brand\u2019s offering to put Motsweding FM in a better spot to be more relevant to the station\u2019s audience and clients.\u00a0 Underscoring the need to stay relevant, competitive and to reflect the multifaceted interests of all generations, Motsweding FM will not be making drastic changes to its weekday and weekend line-up from 01 April 2021, but make an addition to the drive time team. The current line \u2013up necessitates stronger emphasis on cultural values, identity, preserving and development of Setswana heritage.<\/p>\n

Amon Mokoena<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Tumi Morake<\/strong>\u00a0will continue to host the much entertaining PBS breakfast show of the year<\/strong>,\u00a0\u2018DiRage\u2019<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0that boast over 1 million listeners Mon-fri. They will be joined by Mosela Mokgosi<\/strong> as the Sports bulletins presenter on the show between 07:00 \u2013 10:00.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The vibrant, energetic, and PBS Presenter of the year<\/strong> Lucas \u2018<\/strong>LTK\u2019<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0Komanisi\u00a0<\/strong>will be joined by the versatile\u00a0Nelly Moruri<\/strong>\u00a0to rock your airwaves between 15:00 to 18:00\u00a0\u2018Gotetsa\u2019 <\/strong><\/em>Monday-Friday.<\/p>\n

The religious programme for\u00a0Thursday Nights<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0between 20:00 to 00:00 will be presented by Modisane Modise,\u00a0<\/strong>with \u2018Pastor Motsamai\u2019<\/strong> to do the sermons on the show.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The DJ Big Boy<\/strong>\u00a0will host the \u2018Rap Saga\u2019<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0on Fridays at 20:00 to 22:00 and \u2018Phenyo Phushudi <\/strong>will be flying solo on the <\/strong>\u201cKe Moteng\u201d<\/em><\/strong> show from 22:00-00:00 and on Saturdays between 21:00-00:00. The Saturday breakfast show will be hosted by \u201cSammy Fever & JD Sol\u201d<\/strong> between 06:00-09:00. Followed by Tlotlo Mooketsi<\/strong> who is popularly known as \u2018Vrrrrphhaaa\u2019<\/strong> will now host the station music chart \u2018Diabalola\u2019<\/strong> from 09:00-12:00.<\/p>\n

The deep house specialized music show \u2018Re Mmino\u2019<\/em><\/strong> will see \u2018Vrrrrphhaaa\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0 joining \u2018DJ Big Boy<\/strong>\u2019\u00a0 between 18:00-21:00 to continue delivering quality deep house music to the listeners.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Saturday and Sunday mornings will be ushered in by the new \u201cKonka Club Mix\u201d<\/strong> 2 x1 hour set by resident and guest DJs. The young and energetic Ikanyeng Masenamela <\/strong>will host the 02:00-04:00 \u201cDi A Boa\u201d <\/strong>music show. The nifty \u2018Tebogo \u201cTJH\u201d Hotane\u2019<\/strong> will rock the station airwaves with Mekonko <\/strong>from 04:00 \u2013 06:00.<\/p>\n

Tomaeza <\/strong>will host the Sunday morning <\/strong>\u2018Di A Boa\u2019 <\/strong>between 02:00-04:00. All other shows will remain unchanged. <\/strong><\/p>\n
