SABC Video Entertainment announces that the 2024 South African Film and Television Awards will be broadcast live on SABC2 on Saturday the 26th<\/sup> of October 2024 at 20:00.<\/p>\n

\n

Lerato Kganyago and Skhumba are confirmed as the hosts of the 18th<\/sup> edition of the SAFTAS. Nomalanga Shozi and Katleho Sinivasan will be the hosts of the red-carpet bringing the glitz and glamour to the viewers from 19:30 \u2013 20:00.<\/p>\n

\n

The Craft awards, which will be recorded on Friday the 25th<\/sup> of October 2024 will be broadcast on S3 on the 3rd<\/sup> of November 2024 at 19:30. The hosts for the Craft Awards are Kuhle Adams and Christopher Jafta.<\/p>\n

\n

SABC has scored a total of 39 nominations in the 18th<\/sup> edition of the South African Film and Television Awards, with SABC1 leading the pack with 16 nominations, followed by SABC2 with 12 nominations and S3 with 11 nominations.<\/p>\n
