The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (Icasa) says it is disappointed by the Western Cape High Court’s ruling on Top TV porn channels.


The public will be called on to comment on Icasa's plan to review content for TV and radio.

Vodacom on Tuesday put into effect new call termination rates following a ruling by the High Court in Johannesburg, the cellphone operator said.


ICASA Spokesperson Paseka Maleka says they also plan to cut the mobile all termination rate from the current 40 cents a minute year by year to ten cents in 2016.
