Protestors halt public transport, flights and traffic in Cape Town. The chaos leads to arrests, violence and has already claimed four lives including that of a 20 month old baby. Some claim the unrest is a political ploy and that the violence is not only related to poor service delivery. Western Cape Premier, Helen Zille says the ANC Youth League in Cape Town should take responsibility for the unrest, in light of earlier threats that the League plans to make the province ungovernable. Sunday in Fokus we speak to Cape Town executive mayor, Patricia de Lille and Cape Town ANC Youth League spokesperson, Nyameka Mguzulo.
