Mark Scott-Crossely to hand himself over to authorities

SABC News has reliably learnt that fugitive and ex-convict, Mark Scott-Crossely will hand himself over to authorities at an undisclosed location in Pretoria.

The humanitarian response plan, launched by the Ethiopian government and humanitarian partners, aims to help 5.6 million people mainly in the southern and eastern parts of the country.
