The Natu intends taking the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Education to the Durban High Court for what it terms its 'unprocedural' process of post creation, and distribution of surplus teachers.


The provinces that are implicated  include KwaZulu Natal, Gauteng, Mpumalanga and Limpopo.
