The first Organic Life Fair which aims to bring all types of holistic treatments at one event will be held this month at the Walter Sisulu National Botanical Gardens in Roodepoort.
Johannesburg businesswoman Trice Mazwi, the founder of the event, says that the Organic Life Fair is aimed at creating awareness, exposure, education, healing, transforming, learning, sharing, living, enjoying and indulgence in Organic Lifestyle.
“We took time to piece together treatments that will rejuvenate your body and mind, taking into account that you have children who are coming along, we have created themed activities to keep your little angels busy as well. This is going to be epic, and it’s going to change your way of looking at organic life,” says Mazwi.
The fair aims to provide all types of holistic treatments at one event, which will give attendees a chance to tangibly experience them.
“At the Organic Life Fair, we are also providing lots fun, laughter, entertainment, food and games for adults and kids. This is a family friendly event, with the day care facilities to allow parents to enjoy the activities, while children are entertained with activities like dancing and art lessons,” says Mazwi.
The annual Fair will focus strongly on family lifestyle transformation.
Organic inspired products, including clothes, oils, and household products will also available.
“To bring some elegance to the Fair, we’ll have a fashion show of organic, bamboo, hemp and natural clothing imported from India and the UK. Finally, all visitors to the fair can indulge in delicious organic food, refreshments and organic cheese and wine,” says Mazwi,
The annual Fair will focus strongly on family lifestyle transformation with special talks being held around pertinent issues focused on the simple tenets of Holistic Living – Mind, Body and Soul.
Mazwi said experts will talk about real nutrition to build “our bodies in a loving way and to strengthen our minds to make conscious sustainable choices about our lives”.
The organisers, Organic Health Events, said Friday they will launch the annual Organic Life Fair on October 9 and it will run for three days.
