The Democratic Alliance (DA) says it is ready for its election manifesto launch in Polokwane this weekend.
Thousands of party supporters and members are expected to converge in Polokwane on Sunday for the event.
Limpopo province has been an African National Congress (ANC) stronghold since the new dispensation in 1994.
The DA's provincial premier candidate, Langa Bodlani, says they are expecting thousands of people to attend the event.
"The preparations for our manifesto launch are going very well and we're expecting that thousands and thousands of DA members and supporters from across South Africa will be converging here in Limpopo."
Bodlani adds: "Our manifesto contrasts to that of the ANC. We'll clearly tabulate what the DA will be doing where it governs and if it were to come to government in country."
Party members and supporters say they expect the party to tackle corruption and improve service delivery in the province if voted into power.
