Corruption Watch says the Arms Procurement Commission should not be allowed to get away with what it terms its constitutional failures in carrying out its mandate.
The organisation together with the Right2Know campaign have lodged an application in the High Court in Pretoria to request that the findings of the commission be set aside.

Corruption's Watch's Leigh Ann Govansamy says, “Presumably those accountable for taking the decision will have to account during this investigation and post investigation if the court makes such a finding.”
