Indyk, says: "This appears to have been a pre-meditated attack, with Obama administration officials basically saying that there's evidence to suggest that. The fact that when the Americans were moved to this safe house and then the safe house was attacked suggests that this was premeditation."
Four American diplomats, including the US Ambassador to that country were killed when the consulate and safe house in Benghazi were attacked with rocket-propelled grenades and heavy fire before being torched.
Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton condemned the video but did little to quell the growing anti-American sentiment in the Middle East.

Experts here increasingly believe this was not merely an explosive mob but a strike, well planned, coordinated and intended to kill on the anniversary of 911.
