National Freedom Party leader, Zanele KaMagwaza-Msibi, has pleaded with supporters to exercise restrain following the latest shooting incident in Kwa Mashu, North of Durban(SABC)

An Inkatha Freedom Party member (IFP) was shot outside the Ntuzuma Magistrate Court in KwaZulu-Natal today. The party has described the shooting as unfortunate.
Siya Dlamini was allegedly shot by a National Freedom Party (NFP) leader soon after court proceedings involving another party leader on murder and attempted murder charges were concluded.
One NFP member has been arrested in connection with the shooting. IFP Spokesperson Blessed Gwala has called on the NFP leadership to control its supporters and help contain the killings and clashes among supporters of the two parties.
Meanwhile, NFP president Zanele KaMagwaza-Msibi has called for the deployment of more soldiers at the KwaMashu hostel north of Durban. KaMagwaza-Msibi has appealed for calm and pleaded with supporters "to exercise restrain and allow the police to do their work".
